My name is Shiho Mizuno. I am a international student from Japan and studying Marketing at Alfred University, NY.
After I came here, the United State, I missed Asian-tasted Food very much and I have started to make and create Asian food using “American ingredients!”

I know how it feels coz I felt the same thing when I was studying abroad as well. I really miss Asian food. I once thought of making a recipe blog like you, but I’m too lazy to write all the steps of direction… so at the end, I didn’t make one, but yeah.. I like reading this kind of blog coz I would learn something new to cook! ^_^
